This development comprised the construction of two new two storey dwellings in a side by side configuration within a Heritage Overlay on a very compact allotment. 

The project adopts a contemporary approach that avoids replica styles and incorporates design features that are appropriate in the context of the existing dwellings on Fawkner Street. It includes the use of raked roof forms and use of render as the dominant building material within the facade.
