This development comprised the construction of four two storey dwellings extending the
length of the site in a tandem arrangement with vehicle access from a right of way.
This development has been designed in a contemporary architectural style that is respectful of the surrounding residential streetscape. The development adopts a two storey form that extends the length of the site broken up by protruding modular elements, which reduces potential horizontal bulk along the length of the site.
The design demonstrates a high level of compliance and what can be achieved through a careful and detailed assesment of Rescode and planning controls. The high standards achieved meant that there were no objections to the initial planning application.
